Network and Internet Troubleshooting
I don’t see all the computers connected in the network
- Ping device
If you cannot ping, the problem can be:
- Cables are not connected or are damaged
- Lost power
Check status of the device. If the device is fully operational check instructions to see if you connected everything according to instructions.
- Check Firewall
If the firewall is on it, can prevent software to communicate. Local network was recognized as public, and firewall for public network was set to on. So, the UDP packets on port 8888 was unable to came to the software.
Turn the Firewall of for local network off.
Turn Firewall for public network off.
