PacketSender Troubleshooting
I don’t see scoreboards on the Packetsender
- Ping scoreboards
There can be lost connection between server and scoreboard. Please check cables and connections or other devices (switches) in between.
- Check Scoreboard status
Sometimes Scoreboard in not turn ON. Please check that all scoreboards are turned ON.
I have wrong Scoreboard IP on the Packetsender
I see the same scoreboard twice on the Packetsender
- Check network adapters
If you have more that 1 network adapter, the scoreboard can be seen twice on the packetsender. Use only one network adapter on the scoreboard.
- Check if WI-FI is disabled
Even if wi-fi is off, it can still see the ip address in the packetsener and that is why you see same scoreboard twice. Disable wi-fi.
Errors on the Packetsender
- Check that contests are on the scoreboard.
If there are no contests, errors will pop up. You do not have to do anything.
- Check internet connection
If the internet connection is not stable, the packets are lost.
Failed API calls
No connection to JM API
Packetsender is receiving packets and sending, but they are not on live
- Check errors on PacketSender
If errors are rising, check point Errors on the Packetsender If errors and not rising - multiple cards?
Don’t see contests on the scoreboard
- Check Scoreboard
Firstly check that Scoreboards are fully operational, active and connected to the server
- Check Hostname ON
